Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

I have confidence that you'll love your unique and handmade Wixom's Whimsies accessories, but we all know that sometimes mistakes happen. For the best experience, please review our sizing guides listed in each product description, email hello@wixomswhimsies.com with any questions, and confirm your address is correct before checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are taken on a case by case basis, but generally are not accepted unless it is the error of Wixom's Whimsies. Any item that is custom made cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Items that are approved for return or exchange are subject to 15% restocking fee. All orders that are cancelled are subject to 5% cancellation fee (please note this is due to shopify and credit card fees that I am unable to refund back to you, not for my own profit.)

Items lost, stolen, undelivered, or damaged during delivery are not the responsibility of Wixom's Whimsies and ability to return or refund will be taken on case by case basis. If you forgot to change your shipping address, entered the shipping address incorrectly, or it was sent to the wrong address, I am happy to re-ship it for you. There is a $3+ reshipping fee that applies before the order is re-sent. If you notice the address is incorrect before your order is shipped, please contact me ASAP via hello@wixomswhimsies.com with the correct mailing address.

If you would like to request a return or refund, please send an email to hello@wixomswhimsies.com. Refunds will be granted on case by case basis upon approval of the return and when the item is received. Exchanges will be granted if an item is returned, received in unused and new condition, and any extra shipping cost is paid for by customer. 

Please be sure to review our sizing guide listed in each description prior to purchasing, and double check that your address is correct before completing checkout. If you are concerned about delivery, please upgrade your shipping choice at checkout to obtain shipping insurance.
