Processing and Shipping Info
Wixom's Whimsies takes pride in providing a timely response to each individual order. Please keep in mind that most items are handmade by the shop owner as they are ordered, which results in a unique and one of a kind item for you and your pet!
Processing time can take up to 3 weeks, with current turnaround times around 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that fall and the holidays are the most busy time and orders may take a little bit longer! If you need your item by a certain date or deadline, please send me an inquiry first to ensure that I will be able to have it done by that date, and keep in mind that you may need to pay expedited shipping depending on your specific circumstances.
Shipping times are based on the shipping option that you choose. Domestic shipping comes with basic tracking, however packages are not insured unless you purchase priority shipping. International shipping varies with regards to tracking and/or insurances available. Please keep in mind, once a package leaves the United States, there is nothing I can do to speed it up or check on delivery progress. Customs has been known to hold packages for up to 6 weeks and you may be charged additional customs or duty taxes. Wixom's Whimsies is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they are shipped, nor is Wixom's Whimsies responsible for any additional shipping or delivery charges.
Wixom's Whimsies is not responsible for lost or undelivered items and cannot guarantee that lost or undelivered items will be refunded or replaced due to limited stock and prints rotating on a regular basis. Please be sure to double check your address prior to completing purchase, and upgrade shipping to include insurance if you are concerned it may get lost.
If you forgot to update your shipping address, entered the shipping address incorrectly, or it was sent to the wrong address, I am happy to re-ship it for you. There is a $3+ reshipping fee that applies before the order is re-sent. If you notice the address is incorrect before your order is shipped, please contact me ASAP via hello@wixomswhimsies.com with the correct mailing address.
